| Hydrotherapy |
Hydrotherapy is the union of aquatic exercises and physiotherapy. It is a therapeutic approach that uses aquatic exercises designed to aid in the rehabilitation of various conditions. The warmth (approximately 34 degrees) and buoyancy of the water promote muscle and joint relaxation thereby allowing participants to perform exercise much more comfortably. Hydrotherapy can be very useful in isolation or as part of physiotherapy management for a variety of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. All of our Hydrotherapy classes are conducted by qualified Physiotherapists. For more information, contact the Glen Waverley, Narre Warren, Monash, Carrum Downs or Rowville clinic .
