Golf Conditioning Program

The Integrated Health Golf Conditioning Program consists of assessing and then addressing 4 key elements of conditioning for the golfer:

  1. Musculoskeletal Assessment
  2. Core Stability
  3. Cardiovascular Fitness
  4. Body Composition

Musculoskeletal Assessment

Assessment of flexibility and the key golf muscles will detect any stiff areas and weak muscles. A lack of flexibility and strength make the perfect golf swing impossible to achieve. Improve your flexibility and add more power to you game.

Hit the ball further with a tailored exercise program.

Body Composition

How many extra kilos do you carry around the golf course and throughout every day?

Using calipers to measure sites around your body we can quickly estimate your total body lean and non-lean weight. Girth measurements can also be taken to determine areas of improvement.

Core Stability

Most golf professionals and elite amateurs switch on their core muscles before every shot.

How is your core stability?

Reduce your back pain by improving your core stability. Lower back pain is the most common injury suffered by golfers. Significant torque and force is generated in the spine during each swing. Our assessment will assess the deepest and most important of your abdominal muscles.

By using Real-Time Ultrasound our specially trained physiotherapists, can show you whether your core muscles are working.

A building needs strong foundations to stand the test of time. A strong core is just as essential to a golf swing.

Cardio Vascular Fitness

How fit are you?
Do you suffer from fade outs late in rounds?

Our assessment involves a ten to fifteen minute test on a stationary bike. Within a few days you will know how efficient and fit your current body is. Regardless of your current level of fitness, it can be improved.

Eliminate the fade out from your game!!!
