Manipulative Physiotherapy
Manipulative physiotherapists are specialised in the assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal disorders. They use a thrusting action to manipulate restricted or stiff joints, resulting in increased range of movement to those joints.
Manipulation is only used when required and only if the patient is comfortable. Manipulation provides effective short term management of injuries.
Tailored exercise programs and supervision by a physiotherapist will further aid long term recovery.
