Clinical training is an ideal way to prevent and manage injuries. We focus on individual programs of Pilates in combination with Physiotherapy and Real – Time Ultrasound Imaging that aim to tone and stretch you body, correct posture, alignment and movement patterns.

Classes
- Individual 1-1 supervised programs
Tailored to your needs and paced to you ability by Pilates trained physiotherapists. - Group Classes
Clients can exercise with the company of 1 or 2 fellow pilates clients who are at similar levels. - Mat Classes
These classes are general Pilates conditioning and are suitable for individuals who do not have specific injuries/conditions that need to be met
Getting Started
All our clients regardless of injury or fitness levels, begin their Pilates experience with an individual treatment so that the ideal tailored program can be developed to meet their needs.
Initial Assessment
Pre-Pilates postural screening and injury history is undertaken. Instruction in Pilates basics and time permitting a one-to-one work out.
These sessions are mandatory prior to beginning any Pilates sessions.
